SG, one of the world's most recognized cricket equipment brands, needed a hard case that could protect professional-grade bats during international shipping, retail handling, and daily use — without adding weight or cost.
We developed a custom-molded XLPE foam shell, contoured to fit SG's full bat size range, with a reinforced spine and a soft-touch interior finish. The case absorbs impact, resists humidity, and stitches cleanly into SG's existing branding line.
Today, the case ships with bats sold across India and export markets. It's a quiet piece of engineering — exactly how it should be.

Crosslink Thermoplast Private Limited is a manufacturer of molded EVA and XLPE foam cases based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Founded in September 2022 and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the company is operated by directors Aman Munsoori, Akbar Ali Munsoori, and Riyaz Ali Munsoori.
We specialize in OEM and ODM molded foam products for the eyewear, sports goods, stationery, two-wheeler accessory, and travel industries. Key clients include SG, India's leading cricket equipment brand, alongside other international and domestic buyers.
